Image Stephen King's next novel may add to the collection of Hollywood horror films. This time we are talking about the 1999 book The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon. Previously, the adaptation was worked on by the Sanibel Films company of George A. The novel tells the story of a nine-year-old girl, Trisha, who, walking through the woods with her mother and brother, lags behind them and gets lost. For nine days, she tries to find her way out of the forest, going deeper and deeper. From fear, hunger and dehydration, she begins to hallucinate. Wandering through the woods, she talks to imaginary people, one of whom is her favorite baseball player, Tom Gordon. At some point, she realizes that someone or something incredibly scary is watching her in the forest. She calls him “the god of all who lost their way,” and it will be very difficult to escape from him.
