Enemies found for Batman and Suicide Squad?
The annual Comic-Con Popular Culture Festival kicks off in San Diego tomorrow. It is not surprising that on the eve of the start of the world famous convention, rumors about the plots of the upcoming superhero blockbusters of the DC universe flared up on the Web with renewed vigor.Earlier this month, we reported that Warner Bros. considers the idea of making Oswald Cobblepot the main antagonist of Batman. The famous American blogger and comic book author Grace Randolph claims that the Penguin can indeed face the Dark Knight, but as a minor villain. The main threat to the protector of Gotham will be the Court of Sov. The secret society, whose members hide their faces behind owl masks, debuted on the pages of DC's graphic novels in 2011. Fans of the comic book world have already seen the representatives of the Court in the animated film "Batman v. Robin" and the popular telecomic "Gotham". It looks like this criminal organization is now gearing up to debut in the DC Cinematic Universe.  Randolph also became aware of the name of a possible antagonist of the sequel to Suicide Squad. According to the blogger, initially the WB management planned to write the Black Adam film into the script, but could not agree on working schedules with Dwayne Johnson. Then the studio considered Zatanna, Raven and even Supergirl. As a result, the writers decided to put the android Amazo against Harley Quinn and her friends. The villain was coined in 1960. Of particular interest in Amazon's rich set of superpowers is the ability to copy the skills of opponents. Previously, the WB management has already used the android in the plot of several of its animated series and the full-length cartoon "Batman: Under the Hood.  It is worth noting that representatives of the WB have not yet commented on rumors about potential villains of "Batman" and "Suicide Squad 2".
