Is Batman facing the Penguin?
A few years ago, the television division of Warner Bros. made one of the main characters of the series "Gotham" a colorful supervillain nicknamed Penguin. Rumor has it that due to the uncertainty with the personality of the performer of the role of the title character, the director of "Batman" Matt Reeves had to create plot sketches for all occasions. At the same time, the director himself allegedly leans towards the option in which the main rival of Gotham's defender becomes the Penguin.  In case Reeves has to abandon the idea of using Oswald in the Dark Knight's solo album, the antagonist can be involved in the Birds of Prey movie comic strip. At the moment, the studio is considering several script applications for a film about the adventures of the famous team of superheroines. It is possible that the director Katie Yan will choose the one in which the Penguin is confronting the Birds of Prey. Earlier on the web there were rumors that Harley Quinn will play an important role in the plot of the blockbuster.  Despite his immense popularity and 51st place on IGN's list of the greatest antagonists in comic history, Oswald Cobblepot has only made two big screen appearances. In 1966, Burgess Meredith played him in the Batman film, and in 1992, in the Batman Returns movie comic, Danny DeVito brilliantly reincarnated as the villain.
