The use of SSD virtualization technology makes it possible to partition a single drive up to 64 times into smaller disks, which provides independent virtual workspaces for multiple users.

This same technology makes it possible for SSDs to perform a number of tasks that are often handled by server processors. This results in fewer server processes and fewer servers themselves.
