The world of Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem is full of dangers and demons of all stripes, among which bosses occupy a special place. These guys will definitely be remembered by you, and even if you don't want to test yourself for strength in battle, the game will sooner or later bring you together with them in the same arena. However, this does not apply to all unique opponents, there are also secret bosses in Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem, which can be easily missed, depriving yourself of the opportunity to get valuable loot and all the achievements in the game. In this Wolcen guide, we'll take a closer look at the secret bosses, explaining where to find them and how to defeat them.

In the game, there is one boss per chapter and one achievement is given for each. We recommend that you start looking for them in advance if you want to complete the Wolcen passage 100%.

Amadala

Meet the first secret boss - the disgusting beetle Amadalu, which can become an unpleasant surprise if you manage to accidentally enter her lair. But if you missed it, then in the first act, head to the upper right side of the map, near the location "Farmland".

The main problem in the fight with Amadala is her endlessly invoked army of tiny insects and strong poison attacks. In the battle with Amadala, we recommend not to waste time on a swarm of beetles, but to concentrate all attacks on the boss, beat her to the bitter end, since when trying to retreat, the player will probably run into her attacks with spears from the sky. Also, before the battle, it will not be superfluous to take care of effective protection against magic damage.

Defeating Amadala will activate the Vaultmarcher Regicide achievement.

Malikia

The second secret boss in Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem awaits the player in Helmshire. You won't need a long search - not far from the entrance to the location, turn left and run into a small arena with an impressive necromancer Malikia.

However, despite his formidable appearance, he can hardly become a significant threat even for an untrained hero. His attacks are slow and take a long time to cast, which is why Malikia is assigned the unenviable role of a whipping toy. Only his rare area strikes can pose a danger, so for greater confidence it will not be superfluous to take care of both magical and physical damage.

For defeating Malikia, the Shoot the Caster First achievement is activated.

Big Bertha

And finally, the boss who has every chance of ruining your nerves and the hero's armor is Big Bertha. In the third act, follow to the end of the "Battlefield" location and look at the last turn to the right, there the boss is waiting.

Against Bertha, it is better to immediately go for a head-to-head attack. If you try to wiggle around the arena, you will have to constantly take care not to get hit by lightning strikes, which additionally emit several electrical spheres after them. Stay as close as possible to Bertha, throw hits, but remember to avoid the lasers, which take a couple of seconds to charge, and the massive area attack around the boss.

The Living Ram achievement is activated for defeating Big Bertha.
