Despite the cancellation of MWC 2020 due to the coronavirus epidemic, mobile device manufacturers showed a ton of new products in February. In this review, we will tell you about gadgets from the budget and middle price segment. Interesting events took place here: Poco became an independent brand, Motorola announced a competitor Galaxy Note, HUAWEI presented its most inexpensive model.

HUAWEI Y7p

According to the developer, the HUAWEI Y7p smartphone will become the most affordable among all the company's phones. Its cost was announced: $ 166, but the date of the start of sales remains a mystery.

In the production of its 6.4-inch display with HD + resolution, an IPS-matrix is used. The front panel received thin bezels and a cutout for the camera in the upper left corner. Another feature of the model is the presence of a triple main camera with a 48 megapixel main sensor, which supports scene recognition using artificial intelligence.

The Kirin 710F chipset manages all the hardware of the product. Autonomy of work is provided by the built-in 4000 mAh battery. The developers assure that its capabilities will be enough for 22 hours of continuous viewing of video content.

The device also received a fingerprint scanner, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and support for two SIM cards.

LG K61

This device belongs to the middle class devices. It has a 6.5-inch Full HD + display, thin bezels and a small hole in the corner for the front camera.

The core of its hardware is a processor with eight cores, the data of which has not yet been disclosed. LG K61 received 4 GB of RAM. Its photo capabilities are represented by two cameras. The main one consists of four lenses, the main one here is 48 megapixel.

A 4000 mAh battery is responsible for autonomy. The nuance of the equipment is the presence of the DTS: X 3D Surround Sound functionality, which allows you to create surround sound 7.1. There is also an NFC module for contactless payments and protection against external damage of the MIL-STD-810G standard.

Motorola Moto G Stylus

The main surprise of the Motorola Moto G Stylus is the stylus, which fits into a special opening in the case.

With its help, you can paint the entire 6.4-inch IPS-display of the device, which occupied almost 100% of the front panel area. The device also has a selfie and a main camera. The latter consists of three sensors. The main one also has a resolution of 48 megapixels, and two more serve for ultra-wide-angle and macro photography.

The heart of the model is the Snapdragon 665 chipset with 4GB of RAM. The battery has a capacity of 4000 mAh and support for fast charging functionality.

The Moto G Stylus also has stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack. All operational processes are run by Android 10. The smartphone has received some proprietary "chips" Motorola: quick launch of the camera and flashlight by rotating the device in the air.

Poco X2

Poco X2 became the first model of an independent brand. It almost completely repeats last year's version of the Redmi K30 smartphone. The device received a large 6.67-inch IPS-display with Full HD + resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.

Poco X2 has two front cameras. A fingerprint scanner is integrated into the power button. The main quad camera module with a 64 MP main sensor was placed in the center of the upper part of the rear panel.

The device is based on the Snapdragon 730G processor. Autonomy is provided by a 4500 mAh battery with support for 27 W fast charging.

Redmi 8A Dual

The Redmi 8A Dual smartphone is an improved version of the Redmi 8A. Another sensor was added to his camera, now it is double. The back cover has become textured, the device is pleasant to hold in the hand.

Redmi 8A Dual is equipped with a 6.2-inch HD screen with thin bezels and waterdrop notch. It is covered with Gorilla Glass 5. All hardware processes are controlled by the Snapdragon 439 processor.

The manufacturer has equipped the product with a 5000 mAh battery with support for fast charger with a capacity of up to 18 W. The device can also work as a power bank, it is equipped with reverse charging functionality.

Samsung Galaxy M31

Samsung Galaxy M31 will start selling on March 5. It belongs to the middle class devices, but some of its characteristics are comparable to devices of a higher level.

It is worth noting the presence of a 6000 mAh battery, which is capable of playing music files for 120 hours. The device also received a rectangular block of the main camera, in which four sensors were placed. The main one has a resolution of 64 megapixels. An ultra wide-angle lens works with it, as well as two lenses: for macro photography and portrait shots.

The selfie camera is single, its resolution is 32 megapixels. It can shoot 4K video.

The device is equipped with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display, an Exynos 9611 processor with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. To ensure access security, it has a fingerprint scanner on the lid and face recognition functionality.

The initial cost of the device will be $ 209.
