The 15th Visual Effects Society Awards took place today at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. Traditionally, the event was hosted by actor and screenwriter Patton Oswalt. The VES organization brings together more than 3400 experts in special effects and computer graphics from 30 countries, who every year celebrate the outstanding achievements of their colleagues. The main triumphs of today's ceremony were the creators of visual effects for the blockbuster "The Jungle Book " and the TV series " Game of Thrones ". The ceremony also included the presentation of two special awards for contributions to the development of the industry.
