Universal monsters will scare little viewers

Image A few years ago, Universal announced the construction of a large-scale cinematic universe of monsters, but in the end the franchise collapsed after the release of the first film. Today it became known that Dracula's friends will nevertheless get together: the company's management is launching the full-length cartoon "Little Monsters".

The details of the project are kept secret, but insiders have heard rumors that the tape will pay tribute to the golden age of Hollywood, when Universal released a series of classic horror films about the Transylvanian Count, The Wolf Man, the victim of Frankenstein's experiments and other monsters.

Oscar winner Josh Cooley spearheaded the project. The animator made the name at Pixar Studios. Josh started out as a storyboard writer for The Incredibles and Cars, and then went on to get promoted to write Puzzle. The pinnacle of Cooley's Pixar career was Toy Story 4, which won the animator a dozen professional awards, including an Academy Award.

In parallel with the cartoon, Universal is working on rebuilding the main monster franchise. The Invisible Man became a new starting point for the MCU, earning about $ 126 million from a modest $ 7 million budget.
