Night Shyamalan will join them.

As the portal Variety found out, the director of "The Sixth Sense" and "Split" received an invitation to shoot a television thriller for Apple. While the details of the new show are kept secret, it is known that it will consist of ten half-hour episodes. Shyamalan himself will lead the filming of the first episode.

For the eminent filmmaker, the Apple project is not the first try of the pen on television. Previously, he created a mystical thriller "Wayward Pines" for FOX, but recently insiders assured journalists that viewers would not wait for new episodes of the series. Shyamalan also planned to start a reboot of "Tales from the Crypt", but work on it is still suspended, and the director will soon have free time.
