The first teaser for the miniseries The Random Vacancy is presented
BBC One has released the first teaser for The Accidental Vacancy miniseries, based on the novel of the same name by J.K. Rowling. The three-hour miniseries will premiere in the UK on 15 February 2015. This is reported by the publication CommingSoon. The action in the miniseries takes place in the idyllic at first glance provincial English town of Pagford with a cobbled market square and an ancient abbey. After the death of one of the members of the local city council, the struggle for the vacant seat brings to light a long-standing confrontation between the poor and the rich, teenagers and their parents, wives and husbands, teachers and students.
