KinoNews 2016 Award Winners Announced
The Film Academy of the Cinema News portal has determined the winners of the KinoNews 2016 award. The best movie of 2015 was the action adventure "Mad Max 4: Fury Road". The military drama "Battle for Sevastopol" was named the best USA movie project. The winner in the Best Actor category was Tom Hanks, who played in the movie "Bridge of Spy". In a similar female nomination, Alicia Vikander was recognized as the best, who played in the fantastic movie "Out of the Car". Among USA actors, the winners were Alexei Guskov (Nakhodka) and Yulia Peresild (Battle for Sevastopol). George Miller, who directed Mad Max 4: Fury Road, won the award for Best Director. The best USA director was Sergei Mokritsky, creator of the movie "Battle for Sevastopol". Chris Evans and Margot Robbie won the unique KinoNews nominations for Sexiest Actor and Sexiest Actress. The best special effects of 2015 were demonstrated by the creators of Star Wars: Episode 7 - The Force Awakens. And the best animation project is the cartoon "Puzzle". In the nomination "Best TV series" the victory went to the TV project "House of Cards", the performers of the main roles in it Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright were awarded the award in the nomination "Best Actor of the Series". The Academy considered "Fargo" as the best mini-series. Jessie Plemons and Kirsten Dunst, who starred in this series, were also honored with the 2016 KinoNews Awards.
