James Gunn called Michael Rooker to Suicide Squad 2
Director James Gunn has decided to continue his collaboration with actor Michael Rooker, begun during the movieing of Guardians of the Galaxy and its sequel. According to The Wrap, Rucker received an offer to join the cast of the DC Comics adaptation of Suicide Squad 2. Rucker is alleged to have been offered the role of the villainous Shark King. This character debuted in comics in 1994. His body can withstand tremendous pressure, he can breathe underwater and has the ability to quickly regenerate and enormous physical strength. The Shark King has previously appeared on the screens: he appeared in the second season of The Flash, in an episode "Firestorm Fury". Warner Bros. do not comment on the situation yet.
