Bad Robot Studios, co-owned by renowned Hollywood director and producer J.J. Abrams, will create movie and television projects dedicated to the Dark Justice League. This is reported by the publication Deadline, citing its sources.

Note that the Dark Justice League debuted in DC comics in 2011. She was formed from antiheroes like John Constantine, Dead Man, Madame Xanadu and others. Her task was to combat threats that were beyond the strength of the members of the first Justice League. John Constantine has previously appeared in both feature-length projects and TV series.

Recall also that Warner Bros. tried to movie stories about the Dark League for years. For some time, the director of the full-length movie was the Mexican Guillermo Del Toro, but in the end he refused to participate in the project, then Doug Lyman announced his interest, but he could not start the movie in production. In 2017, it was reported that Andres Muschetti, the creator of the horror movies Mama and It, was one of the contenders for the director's post, but things did not go further than rumors.
