Three JJ Abrams projects for HBO Max named
Three projects have become known to be created for the streaming service HBO Max under the direction of renowned Hollywood director and producer Jay Jay Abrams. According to The Hollywood Reporter, it will be Stephen King's The Shining spin-off Overlook, a DC comic-based series featuring Dark Justice League characters, and a show called Duster. The action of the latter will take place in the 70s of the last century, and the plot is built around a driver working for a criminal syndicate. The script will be prepared by JJ Abrams himself in collaboration with Latoya Morgan, who previously participated in the production of The Walking Dead. As for the Dark League, she made her debut in DC comics in 2011. The team was formed from antiheroes like John Constantine, Dead Man, Madame Xanadu and others.
