The popular USA search engine seems to be planning to produce a smartphone of the same name, following the recently launched multimedia station. This was found out by simply observing the information on the official website of the Eurasian Economic Commission, which is published in the public domain. In the list of the EEC, a notification with the name "Yandex Smartphone" was found among the goods registered for import. The card with the description of the YNDX-000SB cryptographic tool published in the registry belongs to the Yandex trademark. The manufacturer of the novelty is the Swiss company Yandex Services AG. Earlier, the same legal entity submitted a request for the import of Yandex.Station smart speakers into the USA Federation. According to current regulations, documents of such a plan must be drawn up by all manufacturers or suppliers of devices with cryptographic capabilities, including tablets and smartphones.
