HP designed the latest generation of workstations for creativity and business (Topic)

HP has announced the Z2 series, which includes four entry-level workstations. Their equipment and capacity are designed to solve a number of work tasks in different areas of activity: financial, teaching, design, construction, devices are suitable for creativity and office work.

The new models are designed to optimize professional processes and save energy while maintaining production capacity, room for improvement and maintaining safety.

According to the manufacturer, four new stations, including a certified solution for professional "serious" applications, are among the most secure and managed devices. Included in the workstation system, security suites protect the device from virus programs using a unique self-healing BIOS, security controller and special technologies that support critical workflows.

HP Z2 Mini G4

Despite its compact size, the mini version has high computing performance. Unlike the previous series of devices, its declared graphics power is doubled thanks to Nvidia Quadro graphics cards of the P620 and P1000 modifications. The versatility of the assembly allows you to arrange the G4 wherever you want. The configuration of the station allows it to be used in solving various tasks: from data processing to managing production and trading operations.

HP Z2 Small Form Factor (SFF) G4

This version also has half the production capacity of the previous line of devices with its small dimensions. This is facilitated by a modern 6-core chipset. The station has 4 PCIe slots and 2 M.2 slots to ensure data safety. SFF allows custom operating settings with I / O flexibility, allowing legacy and networking hardware to be connected without PCIe slots. The station is ideal for design and development, architectural modeling, construction.

HP Z2 Tower G4 Workstation

An even more powerful station model is suitable for resource-intensive projects, for example, digital modeling of structures, support for 3D projects of varying degrees of complexity. For this, the station is equipped with an Ultra 3D video card and modern processors like Intel Core or Intel Xeon. Its body is provided with structural recesses on the front and rear surfaces for comfortable movement of the device. For added durability, the model has an innovative dust filter to provide additional protection against contamination in production areas.

HP Elitedesk 800 Workstation Edition

This station is intended for those who care about computer performance and who plan to have a professional certified device. The cost of this model belongs to the category of available ones, the station copes with the launch and operation of professional programs (SolidWorks, AutoCAD). The hardware assembly of the station is designed for 2D / 3D modeling and solving a class of problems that are inaccessible to office computers. The station also supports virtual reality content. The device comes with a support service.

It is planned that in USA the implementation of new products from HP will start in early August, while the HP Elitedesk 800 Workstation Edition is already available.
