After Bohemian Rhapsody won four Oscars and earned $ 902 million on a $ 52 million budget, a boom in musical biopics began in Hollywood. According to insiders, the contract is drafted in such a way that relatives will not have the last word when evaluating the script. This means that the creators of the picture, most likely, will not hide dark spots in Jackson's biography. Michael first entered the stage at the age of six and has become one of the greatest stars of pop music, the owner of fifteen Grammy Awards and a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. By the most conservative estimates, his albums have sold 350 million copies.  The script will be written by three-time Oscar nominee John Logan (Gladiator, Aviator).
