What does the future hold for DC?
After the failure of the Justice League and a tub of negative criticism, DC Films seems to have come to its senses and caught its own wave. Both "Aquaman" and "Joker" earned more than $ 1 billion at the box office each, and "Shazam!" If Batman succeeds, Warner Bros. and DC won't mind if any of the named characters get their own spin-off. According to insider information, the key actors of "Batman" and "Birds of Prey" have signed agreements with the option to appear in possible sequels and solo films.  With the addition of curator Walter Hamada, who gets along well with WB President Toby Emmerick, the studio has become more loyal to film comics for older audiences. Joker was the first DC movie to receive an R rating, but it doesn't seem to be the only one. It is expected that the same age limit will be set for Birds of Prey, and insiders believe that James Gunn's Suicide Squad could fall into the category of adult films. WB is not only going to look into the dark corners of the DC universe, but also plans to revive in the eyes of the audience heroes, which, according to the studio, have not received the attention they deserve. Despite the failure of Green Lantern, Green Lantern Corps remains one of the major's priority projects. WB bosses also believe in the potential of The Flash, but Ezra Miller, who got the main role in the blockbuster, is now tied to Fantastic Beasts, so Barry Allen's solo album will not begin filming until 2021.
