In 2013, on the set of the crime action movie The Great Equalizer, producer Alex Siskin met with his old friend Benjamin R. Raeder, who advised him to read the book Matthew Pearl Technologists "( The Technologists ).The Hollywood filmmaker liked the bestseller so much that he decided to transfer his characters to the big screen.
