Dave Batista vs. Zombies
In February, Dave Batista hinted in one of his interviews that he would soon work with Zach Snyder. Finally, the actor's words were confirmed: he officially signed up to take part in the filming of Snyder's new film, Army of the Dead.The idea of a horror movie belongs to Snyder, and the director thought about its creation more than ten years ago. However, his attention was constantly distracted by larger projects, and now, after several years of sabbatical, the director is ready to return to work. Army of the Dead will mark Snyder's return not only to directing in general, but also to the zombie world that once brought him worldwide fame. The action of the tape will unfold in Las Vegas in the midst of a zombie apocalypse. A group of mercenaries decides to take advantage of the situation, who want to get into the quarantine zone and pull off the largest robbery in human history. Snyder wrote the script for the tape together with Joby Harold ("Narcosis"), but Batista, most likely, will play one of the mercenaries. Filming of the horror film will start in the summer, and the online service Netflix is ready to allocate $ 70 million for its production.  Now Dave Batista is busy filming "Dune", after which he will go to Snyder. A number of films featuring the actor will be released this year, including Avengers Endgame, the comedy My Spy and the action movie Escape Plan 3: Devil's Station.
