Controversial director Gaspard Noe has finally decided on his next project. As it became known to The Playlist, the enfant terrible of the world of art house cinema has begun work on the psychedelic drama Psyche.The name of Noe became known to the general public in 2002, when he brought the drama Irreversible to the 55th Cannes Film Festival. The tape contained such a naturalistic scene of the rape of the heroine Monica Bellucci that during its premiere, more than two hundred shocked viewers left the hall. Gaspar's latest work, the pornographic drama Love, caused no less noise in the press. The action of Psyche will unfold in the mid-90s of the last century. In the center of the plot will be dancers who decided to go to a deep forest thicket to rehearse a musical number in an abandoned building of a boarding school. After three days of hard training, the friends decide to throw a revel, but soon it is discovered that drugs were in their drinks. Some heroes of the film will experience truly heavenly pleasures, while others will have to go through all the circles of hell ...  According to insiders, Noe has already secretly started filming Psyche. The rush to work on the painting may be due to the fact that Gaspard expects to bring it to the 71st Cannes Film Festival.
