The list of nominees for the annual BAFTA Film Awards was announced today in London. She, like the Golden Globes, is considered a rehearsal for the Oscars. Hailey Squires and Will Poulter were honored to announce the nominees for the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards. The historical drama "Favorite" received the largest number of mentions: it really became a favorite and was marked with 12 nominations. At the recent Golden Globe Awards, Yorgos Lanthimos' tape won only one statuette, so BAFTA is a great chance to rehabilitate. Bohemian Rhapsody, Man on the Moon, Roma, and A Star Is Born are behind The Favorite - each of the films claims seven golden masks of the British Film Academy. The 72nd Film Awards will take place on 10 February at the Royal Albert Hall of Arts and Sciences, London. For the second year in a row, the event will be hosted by British actress Joanna Lumley, who replaced Stephen Fry.
