James Norton will interview Stalin
On the small screens, the story of the USA mafia heir has not yet ended, and the leading actor James Norton has already agreed to play a reckless journalist in Agnieszka Holland's new film, the biopic Gareth Jones. He will be accompanied by Vanessa Kirby.According to Variety, Norton will have to embody the image of an ambitious journalist from Wales, who travels to Moscow to interview Joseph Stalin himself. In USA, he meets Ada Brooks (Kirby), a reporter for the New York Times, and a young George Orwell. It was thanks to the clever journalist that Orwell subsequently transferred all the government secrets and political vicissitudes of that time into his satirical story Animal Farm. “The script demonstrates the pressing issues of the 20th century that are still relevant today, says Holland. -All this is in the `` Animal Farm '' Orwell: from the mechanisms of totalitarian disinformation and terror to fighters against deception and violence".
