The beginning of the new year turned out to be rich in good news for fans of the famous characters from DC Comics. First came the news from Hollywood that Aquaman had become the highest-grossing film in the MCU, DC Worlds. Now an interesting information has appeared on the Web about two projects with the participation of another member of the Justice League.According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. is finally ready to get off the ground with work on Batman's long-suffering solo album. Recall that the film was announced back in the fall of 2014. Two years later, Ben Affleck left the director's chair of the film comics, replaced by Matt Reeves. According to preliminary information, Reeves has already submitted the final version of the film's script to the WB management. It looks like the studio bosses were delighted with the text, as Hollywood insiders claim that they have already begun to book film sets and locations. Rumor has it that filming "Batman" will begin in November this year.  Details of the plot of the long-term construction are still kept secret. The studio has not yet recognized whether the picture will enter the main universe, or whether it will turn out to be an autonomous project in the spirit of the upcoming "Joker". One way or another, most foreign journalists agree that viewers will almost certainly face a change in the role of Gotham's protector. Rumors also surfaced on the web that Warner Bros. is preparing to film a comic strip by Jeff Lobe “Batman. Long Halloween ”, the first issue of which was released in 1996. The graphic novel told about the early years of the Dark Knight, when he found himself at the epicenter of the war between the Falcone and Maroni crime families. In parallel, the Gotham hero had to fight a mysterious maniac nicknamed the Holiday, who dealt with his victims exclusively on the red days of the calendar.
