Virginia Madsen becomes Little Red Riding Hood's mom
Virginia Madsen has signed a contract to star in the movie Little Red Riding Hood, which is about to be movieed by the creator of the movie "Twilight" Catherine Hardwicke. This is reported by the Variety edition. The actress will play the mother of the main character, the role of which went to Amanda Seyfried. The movie will also feature Gary Oldman and Julie Christie. As previously reported, Leonardo DiCaprio's Appian Way studio is preparing a gothic version of Little Red Riding Hood. The script will not be based on a popular story told by the Brothers Grimm, but on an earlier and darker version of the tale. The movie will take place in a village terrorized by werewolves.
