The Twilight Maker will remove the gothic Little Red Riding Hood
The director of the movie "Twilight" Catherine Hardwicke will direct the Gothic version of the famous German fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood for Leonardo DiCaprio's Appian Way studio, SlashFilm reports. The script of the movie will not be based on a popular story told by the Brothers Grimm, but on an earlier and darker version of the tale, which did not imply a happy ending. When exactly the director will start shooting the movie, it is not specified. Appian Way studio plans many projects, and it is not known which of them will be implemented in the first place. Hardwicke herself also intended to shoot a new version of Shakespeare's classic - the movie Hamlet, which premiered in 2011 .
