Warner Bros. Film Company She did not abandon her plans to make a feature movie about former KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko, who died in London after being poisoned with polonium-210. According to Deadline, Michael Fassbender has been offered the lead role in the movie.

The director of the movie may be the creator of Rise of the Planet of the Apes Rupert Wyatt. The contracts with both moviemakers have not been signed yet. The project is under negotiation.

Alexander Litvinenko, who was granted political asylum in the UK, died in a London hospital in November 2006. The cause of death was severe intoxication with polonium-210.

Before his death, Litvinenko accused his former intelligence colleagues and the USA leadership of his poisoning.
