Is Fassbender called to the DC Universe?
Earlier this month, rumors circulated online that Warner Bros. actively looking for an actor for the role of Hawk in the blockbuster "Black Adam". Then, insiders claimed that Ryan Reynolds was one of the main candidates. True, the actor has already managed to refute this information, jokingly stating that although he is ready to do whatever the Rock tells him, he will not appear in "Black Adam".The WB leadership has other options, of course. According to insiders, the studio is actively luring Michael Fassbender into the DC cinematic universe. Ex-Magneto is offered a choice of two roles at once: he can play either Hawk in Black Adam, or Eobard Tone in The Flash. Along with Fassbender, Michael B. Jordan, Charlie Hunnam and Armie Hammer are also competing for the role of Hawk. The latter has been knocking on the DC universe for a long time: if all the rumors turned out to be true, then Hammer would have already tried on the costumes of Batman, Superman and Green Lantern.  As for Eobard Tone, who is to become the main antagonist of The Flash, the WB's desire to find a Hollywood star to counterbalance Ezra Miller is understandable. Miller is not very popular in wide circles, and his behavior in recent months has raised questions for many. In addition to Fassbender, the studio bosses are considering candidates for Matthew McConaughey, Alexander Skarsgard, Billy Magnussen, James Norton and all the same Charlie Hunnam.
