The Lifetime Channel has decided not to renew the supernatural drama "East End Witches" for a third season. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter with reference to Lifetime.

The series, based on the novels of Melissa de la Cruz, was produced by Fox 21 and 3 Arts. Written by Maggie Friedman, the fantasy drama is centered on a family of witches led by the powerful Joanna Beauchamp (Julia Ormond). The roles of Joanna's daughters – Ingrid and Freyja – performed by Rachel Boston and Jenna Dewan, respectively, and their aunt and sister Joanna, Wendy, played Medken Amick.

The first season of East End Witches, based on DVR recordings, collected about three million viewers weekly from the screens. of which 1, 7 million were between 18 and 49 years old.
