Jeff Goldblum Confirms Return to Independence Day (Topic)

Jeff Goldblum has confirmed his participation in Independence Day 2, the sequel to the acclaimed sci-fi action movie.

“Yes, they talked to me about it, and I talked to them about it. They were delighted, and I am thrilled and eager to see it. So far I have not read anything of what they came up with there. As far as I know, they solve organizational issues, '' said the actor in an interview with The Huffington Post.

Recall that earlier it became known that another leading actor in the original movie Will Smith refused to participate in sequel.

Consequently, the authors of the original project Roland Emmerich and Dean Devlin will be forced to use a version of the script that does not include Smith's character.
