Mysterious character will appear in the fifth season of The Walking Dead
Ross Marquand has joined the cast of AMC's zombie drama The Walking Dead. According to The Hollywood Reporter, citing its sources, the character of Marquand will be introduced in the second half of the fifth season and, most likely, in the already announced sixth. The role of Marquand is positioned as a regular one. No details about the hero of Marquand were reported, however, earlier the creator of the comic, Robert Kirkman, during the talk show "Talking Dead" noted that the "famous" gay character from the original comic will presented in the second half of the fifth season. Given the events that took place in the series, it can be assumed that the plot will move to Alexandria - now that Rick's group is assembled and is looking for a new home. In this case, all indications are that the mysterious character is Aaron, a resident of the Safe Zone of Alexandria, a location that appears in the comic. Aaron made his debut in the 67th issue of the comic and is a recruiter with his partner and boyfriend Eric. His first meeting with Rick's group takes place while they are heading to Washington. Marquand, a relative newcomer to the movie business, has starred in the feature movies A Lonely Place for Dying, Tricky and Dangerous, and The Congregation ". Among the actor's works on television - a cameo role in the TV series "Mad Men". In addition to McVand in the fifth season, there will be another newcomer in the person of Alexandra Breckenridge. Her character will be introduced at the end of the current season. It is rumored that Breckenridge will play Samantha, who is not in the comic, however, this name may be made up.
