Three recurring actors have changed their status as regular contributors to season 6 of AMC's The Walking Dead. We are talking about Tova Feldshu, Alexander Breckenridge and Austin Nichols. All three played the roles of residents of Alexandria, a safe zone that Rick Grimes' group reached in the second half of the fifth season - " Dianna Monroe, Jesse Anderson and Spencer Monroe respectively. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

Dianna Monroe (Feldshu) – the leader of Alexandria, and in the series her character inherited the Douglas trait from the print comic by Robert Kirkman. Jesse Anderson (Breckenridge) is Rick's (Andrew Lincoln) potential love interest. Spencer Monroe – Dianne's son. Both Jesse and Spencer are original characters from the print comic.

Taking into account the replenishment, at the moment in the sixth season there are most actors with regular participation in comparison with all the previous ones - 18. The previous record belonged to the fifth season – it consisted of 17 actors with regular roles.

Recall that in the fifth season finale, the character Morgan Jones, played by Lenny James, who is already well-known from the first season, joined the series in the finale.

The Walking Dead season 6 will premiere on October 11, 2015 on AMC.
