Amelio's character, Dwight, is a member of the Negan gang, sharpening his teeth on Daryl (Norman Reedus). Berkeley plays Gregory, the controversial leader of the Hilltop Colony, who is brewing a conflict with Maggie (Lauren Cohan). Morgan made his debut in the season finale as the long-awaited villain Negan.
