Second Star Wars spin-off will be dedicated to Boba Fett
The recently lost director of the second Star Wars spin-off should be dedicated to one of the most popular characters in the saga - the bounty hunter Boba Fett. This is reported by The Wrap with reference to its sources. It is alleged that the movie was supposed to tell the story of the origin and formation of Fett. It is worth noting that earlier in the movie "Star Wars: Episode 2 - Attack of the Clones" a version of the birth of the future bounty hunter was proposed. According to George Lucas, Fett was one of the clones of his father, the famous Mandalorian mercenary Jango Fett. Fett Sr. raised Boba as his son and in the short period of their life together he managed to prepare him for future adventures. In the Star Wars cinematic universe, Boba Fett dies after falling into the lair of the Sarlacc sand monster. However, he was later "revived" in printed sequels. The popularity of this hero was so great that in the American Mojave desert, the ridge of hills where rovers are tested was named after him. Recall that earlier the project was left by director Joshua Trunk. He claimed to have left of his own accord after a year of work on the project, but sources at Lucasmovie claimed that the director was fired. The premiere of the movie should take place in 2018.
