It seems that movie fans will never be able to find out how the charismatic bounty hunter Boba Fett managed to escape from the mouth of Sarlaak. Disney and Lucasfilm have abandoned the idea of creating a solo album of the iconic Star Wars character.Sad news for fans of the space saga came from the twitter of the journalist of the US Film Critics Association website Eric Weber. "Lucasfilm CEO Kathleen Kennedy just told me that Boba Fett's solo album is 100% dead," the reporter wrote. Soon this information was confirmed by the authoritative publication Deadline. The film about the adventures of a colorful mercenary could become the second spin-off of the saga after Rogue One. The official announcement of the film was supposed to take place in May 2015 at the Star Wars Celebration, but at the last moment the Disney studio refused to present the film project and unexpectedly fired director Josh Trank. The picture got a second chance to get to the big screen only three years later. This time, the project was headed by the creator of "Logan" James Mangold.  The fate of Boba Fett was again in jeopardy when Han Solo: Star Wars. History ”failed to get to the level of self-sufficiency. At the end of last month, Disney CEO Robert A. Iger admitted that the studio is going to revise plans for further development of the franchise.
