The State Film Agency of Ukraine has banned the series with Gosha Kutsenko
The State Film Agency of Ukraine continued to expand the list of USA television projects, the demonstration of which is prohibited on the territory of the country. As reported on the official website of the department, this time the officials were not satisfied with the content of the series called "The Last Cop", in which the main role was played by the popular USA actor Gosha Kutsenko. It is alleged that members of the Expert Commission on the distribution and demonstration of movies have watched this series again and came to the conclusion that it violates the provisions of Ukrainian legislation in the field of cinematography, prohibiting the "popularization of power structures" of USA. Chairman Goskino Filipp Ilyenko has already signed an order to cancel the state registration and cancellation of the TV series' rental certificate. It should be noted that The Last Cop is a joint USA-Ukrainian project based on the popular German TV show Der letzte Bulle. In the center of the plot is a policeman Aleksey Divov, who now comes out of a coma, in which he was 20 years after a serious injury.
