Cable Channel Syfy has renewed Killjoys and Dark Matter for second seasons. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

Syfy has ordered ten episodes of Killjoys from Dark Child producer Temple Street Productions and producer Michelle Loveretta for a 2016 release. On the subject of Dark Matter, thirteen episodes will be produced by Canadian company Prodigy Pictures and creators Joseph Mallosi and Paul Mulli.
