The Scream Queens and the Empire are renewed for the next seasons
The Scream Queens anthology has been extended for a second season. Fox executives Dana Walden and Gary Newman announced this during the Television Critics Association. It also became known that the action in the second season will move from the college campus to the hospital, where some of the most interesting and strange medical cases are being monitored. Despite the big names in the cast and creative team, as well as expensive advertising campaign, horror-comedy ratings of the creators of "The Losers" and "American Horror Story" Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan left much to be desired on the air. However, the lack of views has more than paid off with DVRs, video-on-demand, and online services. As a result, the series, which Murphy calls "gum, Lee Daniels and Danny Strong's series tops the list of the highest rated shows on public television with viewers aged 18 to 49.
