Kirsty Ellie cast as Scream Queens
Kirsty Ellie ("Cheers") returns to public television. The Emmy and Golden Globe winner has a regular role in the second season of Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan's anthology Scream Queens. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actress got the role of a brilliant and cunning administrator. The action of the second season of the horror comedy will be transferred from the college campus to the hospital called CURE Institute, which investigates the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases. Ellie has joined previously confirmed cast members, including John Stamos, Taylor Lautner and James Earl. Anthology Season 1 Stars - Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Leah Michelle, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Billy Lourdes, Glen Powell and Nice Nash – will reprise their roles in season two. Not so long ago, Ellie was featured in Will Arnett's comedy A Blank Slate and TV Land's comedy Kirstie, in which she starred as an actress and executive producer. Ellie co-wrote the starring role in the critically acclaimed Showtime comedy The Fat Actress. The second season of Scream Queens will debut Tuesday, September 20, 2016 on Fox.
