The musical comedy "The Losers" is drawing to a close, but Fox will continue its fruitful collaboration with its creators – Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox commissioned Murphy and Falchuk for the horror-comedy "Scream Queens".

The anthology-formatted television project will consist of fifteen episodes and will debut in fall 2015. The plot of the first season will center on the campus, which was rocked by a series of murders. Subsequent seasons of the anthology will feature different settings and new storylines.
