Doctor Who Fans Can Make Their Own Stories
The BBC invites fans of the sci-fi series Doctor Who to create their own digital stories for the show. In anticipation of the release of Season 9 in September 2015, viewers are given the chance to create their own story of the Time Lord's adventures using clips and footage provided by the Doctor Who team, or to shoot video using their own devices. For work Over the episode "Doctor Who Mission Dalek", those who wished received a how-to video and a set of tools to help develop digital imaging skills and satisfy creative urges. The selected winners will be invited to the set where they will meet Peter Capaldi, meet the Daleks, step aboard the TARDIS spacecraft and see the real world of Doctor Who. The finale of the eighth season of the series, consisting of two parts - "Dark Water" and "Death in Heaven" will be shown on September 15 and 16, 2015 in RealD 3D and Dolby Atmos format.
