The stream of remakes on TV is not going to diminish. According to The Hollywood Reporter, CBS will develop a pilot for Training Day, a sequel to the 2001 feature movie of the same name.

The plot of the potential series takes place 15 years after the events of the original Warner movie. Bros. and Village Roadshow Pictures. The action in the series takes place in our time, in 2015, in the Los Angeles Police Department.

The director of the feature movie Antoine Fuqua intends to shoot a pilot from the script of the author of "Gangster Hunters" and former LAPD detective Will Bill.
