Release date for new Transformers movie has been announced
Paramount has set a release date for the next Transformers feature. As stated in the material of the publication Deadline, it will be presented to viewers on June 24, 2022. Earlier it was announced that the studio is preparing two movie projects at once, dedicated to alien robots. One will be dealt with by James Vanderbilt, who worked on the new version of "Robocop", the other - by Joby Harold, the scriptwriter of the movie "The Sword of King Arthur". In one of them, transformers turning into animals will be in the center of the plot, in the other the action will take place in the Bumblebee universe. It is not known which of these movies will be released in the summer of 2022.
Recall that the first full-length movie based on Hasbro's toy lines was presented in 2007. It proved to be very successful worldwide and was soon followed by many sequels, the last of which came out in 2017. All this time, the creator of the series, Michael Bay, remained in the director's chair.
