Paramount Pictures intends to re-launch a series of full-length Transformers movies. According to the Variety edition, scripts for two movies are under development. One is cooked by James Vanderbilt, who worked on the new version of RoboCop, the other is by Joby Harold, the scriptwriter for The Sword of King Arthur.

Naturally, while the details of this enterprise are kept in strict confidence, it is only known that the movies must create completely new storylines that set the direction for the future development of the entire series. Filmmakers have not yet been selected. The cast will be completely revamped. The timing of these projects is not named.
