Got bad luck: Voksi hacker who hacked Denuvo was caught by the police and may end up in jail
The story of a hacker named Voksi is a great example of what happens when one person goes against the system. As a first-class programmer, Voksi presented a huge challenge to Denuvo. The hacker easily cracked the advertised protection in many games and repeatedly wrote about the senselessness of such systems. However, the result was predictable: Voksi recently stopped communicating, and its site was completely blocked. Netizens began to wonder what happened to the famous hacker and whether he would get in touch at all, because with his fight against anti-piracy protection, he inflicted substantial losses on Denuvo and could very likely go straight to court. This theory was confirmed by Voksi himself, who suddenly appeared on the largest Western gaming forum Reddit.  According to the hacker, he expected that it was only a matter of time before Denuvo filed an official complaint, and now it finally happened. The anti-piracy company asked the Bulgarian authorities to help find Voksi. The police found him in a matter of hours, broke into the apartment with a search and seized the PC along with the server from the hacker. How the situation will progress Voksi does not know, he offered Denuvo a peaceful way out of the conflict, but the company did not want to make concessions and said that the decision depends only on the prosecutor of the Bulgarian court. Voksi fully admitted his defeat in the battle with Denuvo, and even despite the desire to prove how pointless the existence of anti-piracy software is, he refuses to continue to do so. At the moment, the hacker is looking for an experienced lawyer and is going to defend his freedom in court.
