Despite 20 years of experience and an impeccable reputation, the nurse is forced to accept the demands of racist parents. When an unattended child suffers cardiac arrest the next day, Ruth makes a desperate attempt to save his life, despite the prohibition. The baby fails to be resuscitated, and Jefferson is eventually blamed for his death ... The project does not yet have a scriptwriter, but the management of Amblin Partners has already managed to attract Oscar-winning Julia Roberts and Viola Davis , who is considered the main contender for the victory, for key roles in the Best Supporting Actress category at the forthcoming Academy Awards Awards. Insiders still find it difficult to say in what images these eminent actresses will appear. It can be assumed that Davis will play Ruth Jefferson , and Roberts will play the role of the lawyer of the protagonist of the book Picolt .
