Spielberg will start a new war of the worlds
A special place in the filmography of Steven Spielberg is occupied by projects about aliens. The famous filmmaker has featured meetings with guests from other worlds in such films as Close Encounters of the Third Degree, Alien, War of the Worlds and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and his company Amblin Entertainment participated in the creation of the Men in Black franchise and the popular series Falling Skies ( Falling Skies ).As reported by Deadline , Spielberg's studio is ready to start working on a new sci-fi film about intelligent beings from distant space. Amblin Entertainment has completed negotiations to acquire the rights to the script, tentatively titled "The Fall ", from Australian Pete Bridges. The latter made a big splash last year when his underwater thriller Resurface was included in the Blacklist of Hollywood's Best Unrealized Ideas. Since then, Broken Road Productions has managed to buy the rights to the project about survival at the bottom of the Mariana Trench. The plot details of " The Fall " are kept secret for now. It is only known that the audience will be waiting for a story about a recently divorced couple, who will have to forget old grievances and go from the center to the suburbs of Atlanta in search of their children in the midst of an alien invasion.  The film will be produced by Adam Kolbrenner and Robin Meisinger, whose track record includes the crime drama Captives. Insiders have not yet announced whether Steven Spielberg will be involved in the project. At the moment, the director is busy on the set of the film adaptation of the bestseller Ready Player One.
