Casting: Faris overboard, Williams into a galaxy far away
The Dream Factory continues to conduct auditions for remakes and spin-offs. Anna Faris, Eugenio Derbes and Michael K. Williams have roles in new projects.The Hollywood remake machine continues to extract good old hits from the archives and send them to the conveyor, not forgetting the mention of"new readings"and"revisionist visions". According to Screencrush , the producers' long arms reached out to the wonderful 1987 comedy Overboard, starring Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn. The star of the Scary Movie parody Anne Faris and the Mexican multiplayer Eugenio Derbesu ("Instructions not included") have the central roles in the new film.  The original film was about an ordinary carpenter who honestly did his job on the yacht of the richest woman. However, instead of paying him off, the headstrong madame pushes him right overboard. But fate has not only the concept of justice, but also a sense of humor - the next night the heroine, being intoxicated, herself falls into the water. Falls so that it loses memory. Upon learning of this event, a resourceful hard worker (being a widower with many children) brings her to his home, informing her that he is her beloved husband, and she is a caring mother of his four children. Thus, he plans to repay her for dishonest behavior. But one day a romantic component intervenes in their relationship ...The release date of the remake will be announced later. According to the portal iDigitalTimes , the mighty actor Michael Kenneth Williams has joined the cast of an unnamed film about the youth of a con man, cynic, smuggler and just a cool guy named Han Solo b>. So far, the character of Williams is a secret sealed with seven seals, it is only known that he will play a representative of a non-human race. There is also no information yet whether the filmmakers will use the usual make-up or resort to CGI technologies.  The film, which is scheduled for release next May, will tell about the adventures of a young Han Solo in the company of his faithful companion - a Wookiee named Chewbacca . The film also features a confrontation between the protagonist and Lando Calrissian , creator and first owner of the Millennium Falcon spaceship.
