TriStar talks about building a wrestling empire
More and more Hollywood studios have taken an active interest in wrestling films lately. In the last year alone, tapes about such stars of this spectacular sport as Andre the Giant, Chris Benoit and Paige went into work. Williams (Superdog) wrote the script for the film about the legend of wrestling. His text aroused great interest in Hollywood last summer, but then no studio dared to shoot a film without the blessing of McMahon himself. It was rumored that Vince didn't like some of the plot moves. It is possible that the bosses of the leading Hollywood film companies simply did not want to make themselves an influential enemy who has a fortune of $ 1.2 billion and a very explosive nature. Suffice it to say that a few years ago the head of WWE was ready to challenge current US President Donald Trump to a duel. The project was reanimated thanks to producer Andrew Lazar ("Sniper"), who acquired the rights to both the script for Williams and for the story of the life of McMahon . Soon, the studio TriStar decided to support the nominee for the " Oscar ".  The film will be titled " Pandemonium " after the capital of Hell from John Milton's famous poem " Paradise Lost ". The fascinating life story of Vince does contain many dark pages. McMahon is a member of a well-known dynasty of professional promoters. His father left the family when he was still an infant. As a child, the boy had several stepfathers, one of whom severely beat his mother. Vince met his real father only at the age of 12, but in the end it was he who was destined to inherit the company Capitol Wrestling Corporation , on the basis of which he created the WWE empire . McMahon made a huge contribution to the popularization of wrestling and made athletes such as Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin and Dwayne Johnson world stars. At the same time Vince also performed quite successfully in the ring. In 1999, he entered the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest WWE champion, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2008, and six years ago earned the right to enter the Wrestling Hall of Fame.
