Andy Serkis awaits in the DC Universe
Rumors about the cast of the Batman comic strip continue to flood the internet. A few days ago, we reported that Chloe Grace Moretz is considered the main contender for the role of Catwoman in Matt Reeves' film. Now it became known that the creators of the blockbuster also have Andy Serkis ("The Lord of the Rings") on the pencil.The interest of the creators of the DC universe in the talented actor and unsurpassed master of motion capture technology is understandable. First, Serkis has already worked under Reeves on two parts of the Planet of the Apes trilogy. Secondly, Andy is well acquainted with the world of comics from the bright and convincing image of the villain Ulysses Klough in the films of the Marvel studio. Now the Briton can get into an elite club of actors capable of boasting roles in two rival superhero franchises. Rumor has it that Reeves sees Andy as one of Batman's rivals. Earlier it became known that a whole gang of Gotham criminals could act against the Dark Knight, including the Penguin, the Riddler and the Firefly.
